Next steps: complete filling process, wait till I have the cash to pay my $1000 deductible, minor outpatient surgery. 1 year to get used to the new normal. Tah-dah.

April 1 - Fool's Clarification
Ahem. Perhaps I need to reconsider the info sharing from the last post.
No, I am not planning bicep augmentation and pointy elfin ears (although I think they're quirky and adorable). A chin re-structure and additional fingers are also out of the question. Nor am I considering buttock boosters. (Although now that you mention it, that area is a bit flat and tends to get saggy with age.)
Mostly what I meant was laser hair and spider vein removal, and an abdominoplasty. (Do you know they actually move your belly button hole?) I wonder if the "After" is worth more surgery, even at discount prices...
